Mark is a 23 year old postgrad student at the University of Leeds who despite his tender age, thanks to my father I have been an ardent City supporter, have held a season ticket every year since the age of 7. Giving him "fond memories of leaving my home in Idle to go watch Saint McCall's first era at City, as well as an appreciation of the wing wizardry of Megga Ellis, the midfield creativity of Leigh Palin and the striking prowess of Zico Leonard."

Mark continues his City career thus: "I was likewise there through the dark days of Yorath's woeful mismanagement of the McCall / Hendrie transfer funds, the dreary days of John "Millwall Reserves" Docherty, and the impassioned days of Kamara at the helm. The tears at Ipswich Town's victory at Valley parade that halted our promotion charge to the old Div 1 and the cup victories over Everton - John Helm's "a wonderful goal on a wonderful night for Bradford City" still ringing in my ears as I recall Palin nodding in the third - and Brian Mitchell's winner against Spurs amongst my earliest real memories."

"My City supporting history culminating in being at the infamous game at Boothferry Park when we beat Hull at both football and pitch invasions, missing our Wembley game due to a family holiday in Portugal (the best and worst moment of my life up to that point) and, of course, at Molineux. Need I say more? The best moment of most of all our lives."
